Business Digital Banking Upgrade

New Business Digital Banking Now Available

Providing your business with a fast, simple, and secure digital banking experience is a priority at Iowa State Savings Bank. That’s why we upgraded to an enhanced Business Digital Banking platform. 


First-Time Login Instructions in New Platform (on May 20):

Note: Your previous login URL will not redirect. You must log in through Iowa State Savings Bank's website.

  1. Visit www.issbbank.com.
  2. Click the arrow next to "Login".
  3. Click on “Online Banking” and select “Business Digital Banking”.
  4. Enter your current User ID and click “Forgot Password”.
  5. Enter User ID, Last Name, Email Address AND Mobile Phone.  All information must be entered and match our records to proceed.
  6. Verify your identity by selecting one of the following options:  text, call or email to receive your confirmation code.
  7. Set a new password.
  8. Accept the Terms & Conditions.
  9. Soft token users will be prompted to download the new FI Digipass app to complete login process.
    • Open the DigiPass app and scan the on-screen image to generate a One-Time Passcode
    • Enter Passcode
    • Click Continue
    • Scan the second on-screen image
    • Click Continue
  10. Hard token users can continue to log in using your existing token.
    • Activate your token by entering your serial number on the back of the token
    • Use your token to obtain a one-time passcode 
    • Enter the passcode in the one-time passcode box
    • Click submit

Note:  Please complete the initial login process before May 26 to activate your token. If you attempt to log in after May 26, please contact the bank for assistance.

Future Logins:

  • A four-digit PIN is no longer required at login.  You will use your username and password to login.
  • Login authentication is risk-based and one-time passcodes (OTP's) may not be required.

Important First Steps:

  1. Login to the new Business Digital Banking
  2. Schedule ACH batches with effective dates of 5/21 or after
  3. Recreate any internal transfer templates
  4. Set-up or reconfigure real-time alerts
  5. Download our new Business Mobile Banking App

How to send and Approve ACH's:

ACH's can be sent as One-Time Payment, ACH Batch Import (NACHA File), Import File (Non-NACHA), or using an ACH Template and scheduling a recurring batch. For a complete set of instructions on initiating and approving ACH batches, please click here.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the upgrade happen?

The new Business Digital Banking experience will go live on May 20th.  Access will be temporarily unavailable during the transition between May 18th at 6:00 pm and May 20th at 9:00 am.  Please ensure you have completed any necessary action steps by May 18th at 6:00 pm

Why is Iowa State Savings Bank upgrading to a new digital banking platform?

To give your business a faster, simpler, and more secure banking experience complete with new tools that save you time, protect your accounts, and make managing your finances easier than ever.

What are my user credentials for the new Business Banking platform?

Your username will remain the same, however, you will need to reset your password upon the initial login to the new platform.  See below for instructions:

  • Visit www.issbbank.com
  • Click the arrow next to "Login"
  • Click on “Online Banking” in the login box and select “Business Digital Banking
  • Enter your current User ID and click “Forgot Password
  • Reset your password and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup
  • Complete the registration process using your token.
Will I continue to use the same token for multi-factor authentication during the login process?

Hard Tokens - If you currently have a hard token, you will continue to use this same token.  During your first login, you will be prompted to register and activate the token.

Soft Tokens - If you are currently using a soft token on your phone, please download a new Digipass app and follow to the login instructions on the Resource webpage above.

Will my login to Remote Deposit Capture change?

If you currently use Remote Deposit Capture, the URL and login credentials will remain unchanged. 

If you currently use Remote Deposit Capture through Business Online Banking, you will access it through the new Business Digital Banking platform, under the DEPOSITS tab.

How do I set-up real-time alerts and notifications in the new platform?

Once conversion is complete, you can set-up real-time notifications in the new platform.  Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, click Settings, click Advanced Alerts.

How many months of transaction history will be available?

24 months of transaction history will convert to Business Digital Banking.

How many months of statements will I be able to view in the new platform?

You'll have access to 18 months of account statements once the new system is live.

Will I be able to see check and deposit images?

Yes, you will be able to view the front and back of check images, and deposit images within your transaction history.  Front images will also continue to be included in your monthly account statements.
