Remodel Project Update 09/07/2026
Remodeling at our Highway 34 location is nearing completion. Work continues outside of our Adams Street location, and interior remodeling will begin soon.
Adams Street Location
Starting September 8th, the north entrance will be closed for construction. Please use the south entrance to access the bank. The drive thru and ATM will remain available.
Interior work will also start soon, with portions of the lobby sectioned off as the project progresses. Customer access may change throughout this phase, so please follow posted signs when visiting the bank.
Highway 34 Location
Work at our Highway 34 location is nearing completion. For now, lobby access remains by appointment only. The drive thru and ATM remain available. We will share an update once the lobby is finished.
Thank you for your patience as we begin transitioning our remodeling project from Highway 34 to our Adams Street location.

Exterior construction is underway at our Adams Street location, while remodeling continues at our Highway 34 location.
Adams Street Location
- Exterior construction is underway around the building.
- Entrance access may change as crews work on different areas of the exterior.
- Please follow posted signs to access the building.
- Drive thru service remains available during normal business hours.
- 24/7 ATM access remains available.
Highway 34 Location
- Lobby and safe deposit box access remain available by appointment only.
- Both drive thru lanes are currently open. Customers are encouraged to use either lane to help keep traffic moving.
- September 1st: One drive thru lane will be closed. Please use the right lane that day.
- 24/7 ATM access remains available.
- Real Estate and Consumer Lenders remain temporarily located at our Adams Street location at 401 W Adams St, Creston.

- Please use the north entrance to access our lobby
- Drive thru services remain available during normal business hours
- 24/7 ATM remains available

- Lobby access is available by appointment only

Beginning June 15th, the Highway 34 location will have limited lobby access as remodeling work begins.
What customers need to know:
- Highway 34 drive thru service will remain open during normal business hours
- Our Adams Street location will remain fully operational and available for all banking needs
- Real Estate and Consumer Lenders will be temporarily located to 401 W Adams St, Creston
- Lobby and safe deposit box access at Highway 34 will be available by appointment only

Remodel Project Announcement
Iowa State Savings Bank is remodeling both Creston locations, with work expected to begin this summer.
The project will be completed in phases over an extended period of time to help minimize disruption while allowing us to continue serving customers throughout the process.
These updates are intended to support strong customer relationships and better serve the banking needs of our community for years to come.
What to Expect
- Parts of each building will be under construction during different phases
- Some services, including teller lines and drive thru access, may be temporarily adjusted
- Entrances may change throughout the project
- Safe deposit box access will remain available by appointment

- ATMs will remain available throughout the project
