Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If your debit card is lost or stolen, you can take action right away.
Step 1: Turn your card off
Log in to online or mobile banking and open Card Management. From there, you can turn your card off right away and review recent transactions.

Step 2: Report your card
Contact us to report your card as lost or stolen.

Step 3: Review recent transactions
Review your recent activity for transactions that you don’t recognize. If something doesn’t look right, note the details and start a dispute online or call us.
What happens next
- We make sure your account is secure
- We’ll walk through any transaction that needs a closer look
- A replacement card will be ordered and the next steps explained
