ISSB Donates Over 4,800 Books

For the fifth year in a row, Iowa State Savings Bank has donated a book to every elementary student in the Creston and Lenox communities to celebrate the end of the school year and encourage summer reading.

Iowa State Savings Bank visited Creston Elementary, Creston Early Childhood Center, St Malachy, Mayflower, and Lenox Elementary to hand out 957 books, bringing their five-year total to more than 4,800 books.

Each book is a small way to say “great job” to students for a successful school year and to encourage them to pay it forward and spread kindness in their communities.
