Iowa State Savings Bank is one of the oldest financial institutions in Southwest Iowa. The bank was established in 1883 and is owned by Ames National Corporation (ANC).
Ames National Corporation was established as a bank holding company on August 1, 1975 and purchased Iowa State Savings Bank in 2019. The Corporation is the 6th largest Iowa-based commercial bank holding company operating in Iowa based on total deposits. Company assets are over $1.4 billion. Ames National Corporations stock is publicly traded and is listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol ATLO.
