CUSTOMER UPDATE as of April 26, 2023

The SHAZAM-related ACH deposit and withdrawal errors that occurred on April 25, 2023 were corrected on April 26, 2023. Therefore, if you had an unexpected ACH transaction on April 25, 2023, it has been reversed on your account.

We recommend that all customers review your account transactions. If you have questions regarding your account or invalid transactions, contact the bank at 641-782-1000 and we will be glad to assist you.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. 


CUSTOMER ALERT: SHAZAM, a nationwide ACH processor, has notified banks throughout the region that they mistakenly submitted a batch of old ACH transactions through their system on April 25, 2023. This involves automatic deposits and withdrawals, which may impact your bank account. Transactions were reserved on April 26, 2023.

Please check your account:

  • If you see an unexpected ACH deposit, do not spend it. If an error, the transaction has been reversed out and your account balance reduced.
  • If you see an unexpected ACH withdrawal(s) from your account, the transaction(s) have been reversed, and the money returned to your account. 

You don’t need to take any action. SHAZAM is currently working on the situation and the transactions have been reversed as of April 26, 2023.
