Adam Snodgrass
President, CEO
Adam is a native of Creston and joined ISSB as a full-time employee days after obtaining his Finance degree from the University of Northern Iowa. In 2008, Adam graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin, furthering his knowledge of the banking industry. Throughout his career, Adam has held several positions within the bank, and he is now the bank’s President, CEO and member of the Trust Committee. Adam believes community bankers are important to the overall success of the communities they serve, and he enjoys volunteering for local non-profit and service groups. Adam, his wife Trisha, and his three children all enjoy spending time outdoors and following college sports.

Andrew Zimmerman
Trust Officer
Andrew joined the Iowa State Savings Bank Trust Department in 2022. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law and practiced law in Southwest Iowa for 10 years before joining ISSB. While practicing, he largely focused on estate, trust and succession planning, real estate, probate and tax planning. Andrew serves our community on a number of volunteer boards and is an elected member of the Iowa State Bar Association's Board of Governors. Andrew and his wife, Katie, enjoy watching their daughters compete in local athletics and traveling.

Kim Baker
Trust Officer
Kim joined Iowa State Savings Bank in 2009 after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business with a major in Economics from Iowa State University. She later graduated from the School of Trust and Financial Services and Graduate School of Banking at University of Wisconsin – Madison. Kim and her husband, Luke, enjoy camping and spending time with their son.

Nick Johnson
Vice President & Portfolio Manager
Nick joined the First Point Financial Management and Trust Services team in 2013. He graduated with a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Northern Iowa and earned an M.B.A in Investment Management from the University of Iowa. Later, he completed Community Bank Investments School at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Nick is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of CFA Society of Iowa.
