The following information is required in order to complete the application:
  • Social Security Number
  • Asset balances (checking, savings, mutual funds, retirement, etc.)
  • Liability balances (car loans, student loans, credit card, etc.)
  • Currently owned real estate - address, loan balances and market value
The following information is required after loan application approval:
  • Current pay stubs with year-to-date information 
  • Two years of W2's
  • If self employed, your tax returns for the past two years
  • Bank statements for the past two months
  • Investment account statements for the past two months
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months
