Deb joined the bank in 1979 and has spent her entire professional career in banking. Deb has held various positions and grown with the bank. She has spent the majority of her career helping customers through the process of buying or building their home as a Consumer and Mortgage Loan Officer. Deb is a lifelong resident of Lenox, Iowa and in her spare time loves to travel, read and spend time with her family.

Roger is a graduate from the University of Iowa where he studied Business Administration and has been involved in mortgage lending since 2008. Roger spends a lot of time volunteering throughout the community. He currently serves as a Chairperson on the Southwest Iowa Hot Air Balloon Days Committee, Airport Commission Board and is involved in the Creston Kiwanis Club.

He is a member of the Creston Kiwanis and helps with Bright Eyes in the Park every fall. Randy is a Creston resident and enjoys spending time with his family and riding his Harley.
